Our Manifesto
Democratizegreat design.
Everyone deserves a home filled with well-designed, well-made furniture. No gallery doors, no designer markup - just the craft, at its honest price.
What we believe
Great design was never meant to be a luxury good.
A beautifully made sofa changes how a room feels. A table built from solid wood changes how a family gathers. That kind of design has quietly become a gated privilege - priced by the name on the tag, sold behind gallery doors, reserved for people with a designer on retainer. We think that's a shame, and entirely unnecessary.
How we got here
Design didn't get expensive. It got gated.
01
The craft is real
The upholsterers, stone workshops, and mills behind iconic furniture are masters of their trade. Their skill is worth every dollar it costs.
02
The gate is not
Between the atelier and your living room sit licensing fees, gallery commissions, showroom rent, and the price of the name - often three to five times the cost of the piece itself.
03
So we removed it
We commission the same ateliers, hold the same material spec, and bring the piece straight to your door. You pay for the craft, not the gatekeeping.

What that means in practice
Democratizing design is a set of choices, not a slogan.
The same makers
We commission the ateliers behind the icons - never a knock-off factory.
The same materials
Belgian linen, Carrara marble, solid FSC-certified hardwood. No substitutes, no shortcuts.
An honest price
We publish what our pieces cost to make and what the gallery version sells for.
No designer required
White-glove delivery, a 100-night trial, and real specialists - the service a designer would give you.

A home you love shouldn't be a privilege.
